The West guest rooms are located up a set of private stairs on the second floor, it has a hallway with two rooms, a private bathroom with a walk in shower, and access to a three-season sunroom.
One room has a double bed, Roku TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney, Roku) and free WIFI.
The other room has a single bed, with free WIFI, a mini fridge with Britta, Tassimo coffee machine and T-disks.
The rooms can comfortable accommodate 3 adults, and there is a Cot or a playpen and Baby Gate available.
- Check in annytime after 3pm
- Check out by 11am
- No Smoking anywhere inside the house
- No shoes allowed inside the house other than the in the boot room
- Inappropriate behaviour or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated
- No pets allowed in the Guest Suite areas
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the Guest suite
- All non-registered guests must be off the property between 11pm and 7am.

Three rooms (1x Queen bed, 1x Double Bed and 1x Single bed),
2x Smart TVs (Netflix, Prime, Disney, Roku) and free WIFI.
2x full 3-piece bathrooms:
- West 3-with a walk-in shower
East 3-piece bathroom with a Shower/tub
There are 2x mini fridges with Brittas, 2x coffee machines and pods.
The rooms can comfortable accommodate 5 adults, and there is a cot or a playpen and Baby Gate avai
